Our friendly and knowledgeable Chat Administrators, also known as Chat Masters, are always in the Chat Room to help. Our Chat Masters (CMs) can be identified by the letters CM before their name.
 
Read on to find out some interesting facts about our regular Chat Masters! (Please note on occasion there may be Chat Masters monitoring and chatting in the Bingo Chat Rooms that are not listed below).

CM Scarlett

1. How was your first day as a CM?
A Blast!!! was very nerve wracking when it came to playing the 1st game on my own i was so desperate to get it all right!
 
2. The best experience in the chat room so far.
Has to be when a couple of people have said that im doing a great job and that they will visit the site again thanks to me!
 
3. Do you believe in luck?
Only if it happens to me hahaha
 
4. Who is your favourite cartoon character and why?
Cheese from Fosters Home For Imaginary Friends....I see alot of myself in that crazy lil yellow dude haaha
 
5. What was the nickname you had in school days?
Bernard....i never did find out why hahha
 
6. Do you have any phobias? 
Cockroaches and Feet!!! DAH! Get away!!!
 
7. What do you consider your greatest achievement as a CM? 
Not as of yet having caused major panic and mayhem in the room...(yet being the operative word here!)
 
8. What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
Me?! Do crazy things?! Never!! :))))))
 
9. Which is your favourite Bingo Promotion?
All of them!! As long as they keep my lovley roomies happy! :)
 
10. Most hated chore on the household chore list? 
Cleaning...I honestly think im developing an allergy.....*cough*
 
11. What is the best compliment you have ever received?
That i make the world a brighter place :))))
 
12. What frustrates you?
People that talk with their mouths full....STOP IT!!
 
13. If you are given a chance to name the new planet, what would you name it and why?
Hmm....I would call it "My Big Rock" so i could say to people....Have you seen my big rock?! :)))))

CM James

1. How was your first day as a CM? 

Shivering..as this was my first job as a CM.
 
2. The best experience in the chat room so far. 

When a couple of rooomies fought over me...though they know I am married:-)
 
3. Do you believe in luck? 

Yessss.
 
4. Who is your favourite cartoon character and why? 
Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes, as he is similar to me:-) Intelligent and troublesome.
 
5. What was the nickname you had in school days? 

Beetle Bailey.
 
6. Do you have any phobias?  

Bathmophobia, I wonder how I climb the steps at work??
 
7. What do you consider your greatest achievement as a CM?  

Whenever I see an appreciation e-mail from my beloved customers.
 
8. What is the craziest thing you have ever done? 

Deleted all the important files on my wife's computer thinking I could get them back by writing a program (which I couldn't). Later I had to buy her an expensive gift so I could save my back.
 
9. Which is your favourite Bingo Promotion?

Power Pot and Better Bingo (Thursdays)...how nice would it be if my mortgage was paid??
 
10. Most hated chore on the household chore list?  

Cooking...I would like to hire a robot to cook...wish I could play and win the Giant Jackpot.
 
11. What is the best compliment you have ever received? 

I'm a smooth operator:-)
 
12. What frustrates you? 
Nothing as I take 10 deep breaths everyday. lol.

Celebs, as I want to send away all the foolish celebrities.

CM Karen

1. How was your first day as a CM?
Oh gosh!!! It was like my first day of uni.. Mixed feelings… nervous, happy, excited etc., the only thing that made me nervous was wondering how the roomies were going to receive me.

 
2. The best experience in the chat room so far?
Whenever the players appreciate and show affection towards me

 
3. Do you believe in luck?
I believe in luck some times

 
4. Who is your favourite cartoon character and why?
Bugs Bunny!!! I feel he’s classic and still a great character. You can’t help but love him.

 
5. What was the nickname you had in school days?
Chubbzzz! As I was chubby in my school days.

 
6. Do you have any phobias?
Cockroaches,  ewwwwww

 
7. What do you consider your greatest achievement as a CM?
A new roomie was not able to understand the chat rules and was giving wrong numbers for the cg’s, so I explained how all the cg’s were played and how to claim them. She told me that my explanation was so clear that she didn’t have to look at the rules again

 
8. What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
Try to take a monkey home as a pet; the poor thing wasn’t too impressed lol

Better Bingo…and Giant jackpot

 
10. Most hated chore on the household chore list?
Cooking, because I don’t know how to cook but like to eat…

 
11. What is the best compliment you have ever received?
A roomy told me that as long you are there in the room, I feel good.

When everything seems to be untidy and also when hubby doesn’t listen to what I say.

CM Malcolm

1. How was your first day as a CM?
Nerve-wracking. But roomies made me very comfortable

 
2. The best experience in the chat room so far.
When a few players asked the chat manager not to give any days off for Malcy(ME ME ME) as they all miss me!!! Isn’t it great??? :P

 
3. Do you believe in luck?
A Little bit

 
4. Who is your favourite cartoon character and why?
The best ever is SPIDERMAN… he was my dream hero when I was a kid

 
5. What was the nickname you had in school days?
Giraffe as I was the tallest in my class.

 
6. Do you have any phobias?
Balloons, POP! arghhhhh

 
7. What do you consider your greatest achievement as a CM?
The appreciation, love and affection I get from the roomies!.

 

8. What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
Urmmm..... take off my jacket in the winter when i had a short sleeved shirt, whilst it was raining and it was really windy and freezing cold. Then give it to my girlfriend even though she had hers on. How sweet am I haha

 
9. Which is your favourite Bingo Promotion?.
The bingo to better prizes because it gives you chance to win everything from mortgage to holiday at some good places and win a fabulous car.

 
10. Most hated chore on the household chore list?
Dusting

 
11. What is the best compliment you have ever received?
Am good at heart and very caring

Waiting for something or someone really frustrates me.

I would name it as Celebrity Café…You can have the same fun as our chat room

CM Nancy

1. How was your first day as a CM? 

Stone cold!!! I was very tense, but the lovely chatters made me feel at home.
 
2. The best experience in the chat room so far. 

Once I told one of the roomies how to reduce stress and gave her some tips. She tried them all and she said they worked wonders and she started thinking positive from the day I told her. I felt very happy that a roomie listened to me.
 
3. Do you believe in luck? 

Yes, with all my heart. Being here in itself was luck for me.
 
4. Who is your favourite cartoon character and why? 
Jerry... because he is smart and naughty :-P.
 
5. What was the nickname you had in school days? 

Olive Oil.... because I was skinny.
 
6. Do you have any phobias?  

Who doesn't? Amnesiphobia- Fear of amnesia. lol :-P

The Love that I have gained from my lovely roomies.

I once swallowed a couple of watermelon seeds to see if a tree would grow inside me.

Hated??? I like household chores!!.

"Nancy is very down to earth".

The weather…… comes first. I don't get frustrated so easily buttt...yes I love to frustrate my roomies and make them laugh ;)

I would name it Bingo... Because BINGOOOOOOOO is the way!

CM Josh

1. How was your first day as a CM
It was a great memorable day of my life because roomies were really great helpful and kind to me, they used to train me and supported me whenever I needed. It’s like earning money while learning, every day every minute we get something new to learn with such great and friendly roomies.

 
2. The best experience in the chat room so far
Everyday in the chat room is a great experience. There are people from all walks of life who share their knowledge and experience. I am really lucky to be a chat moderator.

 
3. Do you believe in luck?
Not really. Achieving one’s goal through hard work might be the only assurance. Luck, on the other hand stands out in lighthearted situations.

 
4. Who is your favourite cartoon character and why?
Jessica Rabbit because she is beautiful :P

 
5. What nickname did you have at school?
Lucas pukas full of mucas...

 
6. Do you have any phobias?
Arachibutyrophobia- Fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.

 
7. What do you consider your greatest achievement as a CM?
The greatest achievement as a CM is being helpful to roomies, making them happy, make them forget about their stressed lives and make them relax and enjoy life as it comes.

 
8. What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
When I was in my teens I saved the life of my girlfriends puppy that ran onto the runway. I did it to impress her hehe

 
9. Which is your favourite Bingo Promotion?
BIG GAME THURSDAYS for sure. Make sure you play!

 
10. Most hated chore on the household chore list?
No comments because I hate it all!

 
11. What is the best compliment you have ever received?
Compliments received by the roomies are the best. They call me -My Love, joshy washy, joshy squashy, kitty, loverboy, toyboy etc…, lol

 
12. What frustrates you?
Monkey’s sometimes they are fun but sometimes ekkkkkk grrrrrrr.

 
13. If you are given a chance to name the new planet, what would you name it and why?
I would call it as Joshy Planet and it’s going to be my kingdom! 

CM Simon

1. How was your first day as a CM? 

My first day as a CM was great! Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I felt that I had been here for years!
 
2. The best experience in the chat room so far?

Meeting everyone for the first time, getting to know people and having a jolly good laugh, I also love to see everyone winning so that always gives me a buzz!!
 
3. Do you believe in luck? 

Of Course. I've met a Leprechaun you know! 
 
4. Who is your favourite cartoon character and why? 

I think it would have to be Marge Simpson, she can be a bit boring but then reckless at times.
 
5. What was the nickname you had in school days? 

My Nickname is Mr.Pink. Simply because on my first day of School I was wearing a Pink Lacoste T-Shirt. And Mr.Pink just stuck.
 
6. Do you have any phobias?  

Spiders and Feet.
 
7. What do you consider your greatest achievement as a CM?  

I haven't been doing it for long but the ability to help people is always a big achievement to me.
 
8. What is the craziest thing you have ever done? 

I sold my sisters car for £10 when i was about 8 Years old. LOL.
 
9. Which is your favourite Bingo Promotion?

That would have to be the BOGOF in the Cafe and Buffet rooms.
 
10. Most hated chore on the household chore list?  

Bed Making, Ever since I was little i still struggle doing it. But Kim and Aggie have taught me how to keep it all prim and proper when I'm changing it.
 
11. What is the best compliment you have ever received? 

That I look like someone famous! Which is always a good thing.. Right?
 
12. What frustrates you? 
I have a few pet hates, chewing loudly really does frustrate me and nastiness, I'm not a nasty person therefore I think everyone should be friends :) haha.
 
13. If you are given a chance to name the new planet, what would you name it and why?

The Planet "BingoniaSugarVilleExpress". - Simply because I love Bingo and I have a bit of a Sweet Tooth!.

CM Lili

1. How was your first day as a CM? 

Very chaotic but with help of the roomies very fun
 
2. The best experience in the chat room so far. 

Last week there was a roomie that was tired, however she stayed in the room because I was there, how sweet is that?
 
3. Do you believe in luck? 

Of course I believe in luck, everybody deserves a bit of luck once in a while. 
 
4. Who is your favourite cartoon character and why? 
Tasmanian devil, because he`s like me as mad as a hatter lol.
 
5. What was the nickname you had in school days? 

Sandokan hahahaha
 
6. Do you have any phobias?  

My biggest phobia are snakes, even when I see them on telly I panic bbbrrr
 
7. What do you consider your greatest achievement as a CM?  

Just having a good laugh with the roomies and giving them a fun nite xxxx
 
8. What is the craziest thing you have ever done? 

Packed in my job, sold my house and moved to Gibraltar to live with the monkeys ;o).

I just luvvvvvv the holiday promotion, imagine winning a trip to Orlando wow amazing!!!!!
 
10. Most hated chore on the household chore list?  

That must be hoovering, I always end up with a hoover that doesn't work properly ggrrr!!
 
11. What is the best compliment you have ever received? 

That must be from my daughter, she said I`m the coolest mum ever (that will change once she grows up no doubt lol)

It frustrates me when people don`t believe that I am doing my best to help them.
